Arcade Web Game - Save The Doctor
Save The Doctor is a browser arcade game where the player steers the TARDIS across the map while avoiding Daleks. The game includes collision detection, score tracking, and level progression with increasing difficulty. It was built using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with a canvas-style 2D game loop and deployed as a live demo using GitHub Pages.
